The hotel is right next to the central station but surrounded by construction and the area feels a little bit shady. We entered the hotel lobby and felt somewhat uncomfortable - probably from the lighting. The feelings of uncomfort continued and got worse. We got placed into a room where the hallway light didn't work and there were used glasses/beer bottles sitting around. You open the door and have a second door. You go into the room and there are no lights on the ceiling - we had to turn on individual lamps. The walls were slanted, there were mirrors behind and in front of the bed, clowns in the bathrooms. Our room looked nothing like the uploaded hotel photos so we asked to change rooms. She gave us a key to a double deluxe room (upgrade from what we booked) but the key didn't even go into the keyhole. She apologised for that but also said there was nothing she could do about the clowns because "they were in all the rooms". The next day we asked for housekeeping by hanging the sign on the door but they didn't vacuum properly. The breakfast buffet was standard.

到酒店時是上午，寄存行李後外出，等到規點的下午二點回來辦入住，沒想到進了房間一片凌亂，房間沒打掃，拍照給前台看後，前台馬上安排打掃，我們等了差不多一個小時房間才打掃乾淨。不過前台的 Tsira Patsuria處理的還是很不錯的，她安撫我們等待時喝茶吃點心，打招呼説抱歉正好是慕尼黑啤酒節，入住旅客比較多。還主動將生啤和房裡的零食免單給我們。酒店離火車總站很近，出行方便，套房房間很大，早餐豐盛，想吃的奶酪和三文魚都有，可以考慮再住。

房間有點小，隔音一般般，其中一日房卡用不到，幾個遊客同樣發生問題。但基本衛生狀況是完全ok 而且地理位置很方便，就在中央車站旁邊。晚上步行去marientplaz 也眼舒服約20分鐘

Гостиница далеко не новая,но многие номера обновлены.На Шиллерштрассе стройка полным ходом и все перегорожено.Район был весьма спорный,стал в настоящее время совсем неприятный.Отели дают хорошие скидки в связи с этим думаю.В отеле хороший завтрак.

有一説一。靠近慕尼黑HBF，旁邊有餐館，還有葯店，方便；房間床很大，枕頭有些硬；我們訂的商務雙床間，從房間到浴室之間還有一個像起居間的地方，非常寬敞；拖鞋很舒服；酒店前台也很熱情。不過明顯做房屋清潔的人丟三落四。到的第1天，房間裡既沒有拖鞋，也忘了燒水壺，沐浴露也快沒有了。我們第2天沒有讓做衞生，第3天讓做了一個衞生，結果洗澡巾又衹換了一個人的，沐浴露洗髮露還是忘了加。周邊環境和往來人群複雜，快走到酒店這條小街時，明顯感到路上有很多的複雜的人群。我們這一路旅行，每到一個海外城市其實大多住在火車站附近，雖然往來人多，但看上去基本還都是比較週週整整的正常出行的人。但這一家三獅旅社那條街上明顯看複雜很多（總有一些無所事事的人站在兩邊），而一些鋪面的招牌上讓人猜可能是複雜的場所吧，每次經過時心裡有些異樣。這一點訂房網站完全沒有提示，有些不應該，如果是單身的女性或者帶很小的孩子家庭是不推薦住在那裡的。

駅から近く非常に便利なホテルです。　また近隣は飲食店も多いエリアです。日曜日にもかかわらず、営業している飲食店が多數ありとても助かりました。　ホテルはエアコンもよく効き快適です。　お湯を沸かすポットはありません。　ホテルの朝食は、野菜は少ないですが、充分満足いく內容でした。

Near Subway exit D or E, good location. Cafes, Turkish and Asian food right below and around the hotel. No toothbrush, comb, slippers. The shower gels are all in one bottle. So not for the fussy. But bathroom is spacious and toilet is a separate unit.

房間連一個茶葉包咖啡都沒有。設施很舊，浴室花灑都沒辦法固定在牆面，需要手拿著淋浴。打掃衞生的土爾其人非常粗魯
